At Petspuff, we want every pet parent and their furry friend to love their purchase. We carefully select high-quality dog accessories and cat accessories designed for comfort, safety, and everyday happiness.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must include original packaging.
- Proof of purchase/order number is required.
Products that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned after use:
- Pet grooming products
- Used collars, harnesses, and leads
- Opened pet accessories
- Personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within:
5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective
- We sent the wrong item
