Shipping Policy – Petspuff
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Every order is tracked, and you'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
At a glance
- Dispatch: within 1–3 working days of your order
- UK warehouse items: delivered 3–7 working days after dispatch
- All other items: delivered 5–10 working days after dispatch
- Delivery cost: FREE on orders of £40 or more, £2.99 on orders under £40
The delivery time for your items is shown at checkout. If your order includes both UK warehouse items and other items, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery can occasionally take a little longer during bank holidays, sale periods or courier delays.
Order tracking As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status any time by logging in to your account.
Where we deliver United Kingdom only at the moment.
Changing or cancelling an order Email support@petspuff.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll change or cancel it for you.
Late, lost or damaged parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, or arrives damaged, email support@petspuff.com with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's lost or damaged, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
